onsemi NC7WZU04A Logic Gates are dual unbuffered inverters in the TinyLogic® ultra-high speed series. The onsemi NC7WZU04A is housed in a space-efficient SC70 6-lead package. Primarily designed for crystal oscillator or analog applications, this device utilizes advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation across a wide VCC operating range. Operating effectively within the 1.65V to 5.5V VCC range, the inputs exhibit high impedance when VCC is 0V and can tolerate voltages up to 7V independently of the VCC operating voltage.
