NCX2220 & NCX2222 Low Voltage Comparators

NXP Semiconductors NCX2220 and NCX2222 Low Voltage Comparators are dual, low-voltage, low-power comparators with open-drain outputs. The NCX2220 and NCX2222 have a very low supply current of 5µA or 6µA per comparator and is guaranteed to operate at a low voltage of 1.3V. These devices are fully operational up to 5.5V which makes them convenient for use in both 3.0V and 5.0V systems. Typical applications include cellular telephones, alarm and security systems, and tablets.
