Infineon DEMO_45W_19V_FLYB_P7 45W Adapter Reference Board is a test platform for state-of-art 700V CoolMOS™ P7 super junction (SJ) MOSFETs. The DEMO_45W_19V_FLYB_P7 Board is designed to fit a very small form factor while supporting high efficiency and a low standby power. The device uses various modes of protection for a highly reliable system. The reference board enables the use of the SOT-223 package to meet the thermal requirements in a smaller package size. The DEMO_45W_19V_FLYB_P7 45W Adapter Reference Board meets FCC Class B conducted and radiated emissions with a margin.
