AEC-Q100 Qualified Motor Control Devices

Toshiba AEC-Q100 Qualified Motor Control Devices are a portfolio of pre-driver ICs, H-Bridge drivers, and GATE drivers for automotive brushless and brush motors. The devices are housed in small packages and designed for high-current applications such as electric power steering (EPS). Brushed motor drivers can control a vehicle engine's throttle and other valves. Brushless devices drive a motor with a sine wave current to deliver smooth and quiet motor operation.

Toshiba Automotive Devices offer an extensive lineup of MOSFETs, optical isolation, transistors, and diodes, to cover various automotive applications in 12V to 48V battery systems. Toshiba TB9058FNG Automotive DC Servo Motor Driver measures the current motor position, controls motor rotation, and ensures the rotational position reaches the target position. This motor driver operates within the 7V to 18V supply voltage range and -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The Toshiba TB9058FNG motor driver is based on the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) 1.3 protocol specification and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
