SM91801AL BMS Planar Transformers

Bourns SM91801AL BMS Planar Transformers are AEC-Q200 compliant, automotive-grade battery management systems (BMS) signal transformers. Bourns SM91801AL single-channel basic insulation transformers are designed with a planar structure primarily for BMS applications. These BMS transformers offer a working voltage of up to 1000V_DC and a Hi-Pot isolation voltage of up to 4300V_DC or 2500V_AC with an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

BMS AEC-Q200-Compliant Signal Transformers

Bourns BMS AEC-Q200-Compliant Signal Transformers offer a protection solution for isolated communications in industrial and consumer battery management systems (BMS). These surface-mount, single- or dual-channel devices monitor essential safety factors such as temperature, state of charge, and device health. Other features include high working voltages of 1000V or 1600V, inductance values in the 150µH to 600µH range, and operating temperatures of up to +150°C. The transformer windings use fully insulated wire passing the hi-pot (dielectric strength) test, which increases electrical insulation protection for overvoltage transients. Bourns BMS AEC-Q200-Compliant Signal Transformers also support serial daisy chain/IsoSPI.
