R4000G High Voltage Silicon Rectifier

Rectron R4000G High Voltage Silicon Rectifier features low leakage, low forward voltage drop, and high current capability. This rectifier operates at 4000V recurrent peak reverse voltage (V_RRM), 2800V RMS voltage (V_RMS), and 0.2A average forward rectified current (I_O). The R4000G rectifier also operates from -65°C to 175°C operating temperature range, 4V forward voltage (V_F), 30A maximum surge current, and is available in DO-41-2 package.
