Diodes Incorporated SBRFP10U60D1 SBR® (Super Barrier Rectifier) Diode is ideally suited for ultra-low blocking mode applications. SBR Diodes are next-generation Schottky Rectifiers that utilize a MOS manufacturing process. This creates a superior two-terminal device with a lower forward voltage (V_F) than comparable Schottky diodes. The devices possess the thermal stability and high-reliability characteristics of PN epitaxial diodes.
