High Current Power Bead Inductors

Pulse Electronics High Current Power Bead Inductors offer a 50nH to 320nH inductance range, 148A maximum saturation current, and maximum height options of 4.5mm, 7mm, 8mm, and 12mm. These inductors provide low core loss using high-frequency materials, reduced DCR, and higher current ratings in different footprints. The multi-phase buck topology used distributes the current among multiple parallel paths with staggered turn off and turn on. Because of the staggering fashion, the ripple currents in each phase tend to cancel at the output, and the overall ripple current seen at the load is much smaller than the ripple on each phase. Pulse Electronics High Current Power Bead Inductors are used in single-phase PoL and multi-phase buck converters to power processors, memory modules, FPGAs, and ASICS in servers, data centers, networking systems, and graphic cards.

TLVR Dual-Winding Inductors

Pulse Electronics Trans-Inductor Voltage Regulator (TLVR) Dual-Winding Inductors are used as power processors, memory, FPGAs, and ASICs in servers, data centers, and storage systems. These inductors feature TLVR topology, enabling faster transient response and utilizing a dual-winding power bead inductor. These inductors leverage existing high-volume automated manufacturing to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The TLVR components also use existing automated inductor infrastructure to quickly and effectively develop products. Pulse TLVR Dual-Winding Inductors are available in a wide range of inductance values.

Group Input Stage Solutions

YAGEO Group (KEMET, YAGEO, Pulse) offers inductors, capacitors, and TVS diodes with a large variety of form factors and specifications. In a digital system, the input stage is the first step in ensuring data integrity, circuit efficiency, and safety protections. This is typically achieved with an inductor, capacitor, and a TVS diode for low-voltage systems.

Group DC-DC Converters

YAGEO Group (YAGEO, KEMET, Pulse) strives to support 90% of all the passive technologies required in circuit designs. DC-DC converters saturate the electronics industry and are used to either step or step down the voltage and current requirements of the next stage in the circuit. In every variation of the DC-DC converter, current sense resistors, diodes, inductors, precision voltage resistors, and capacitors are used.
