QPF4207 Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4207 Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Module is ideal for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems and features a small form factor to minimize layout area. The Qorvo QPF4207 module has optimized performance for a 5V supply voltage. The device reduces power consumption, making it ideal for systems utilizing digital re-distortion to achieve high linear output power and throughput for the RF chain. The module integrates a coupler with RF output for DPD feedback training and offers options for alternate feedback routing with low loss. The QPF4207 combines a 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole two throw switch (SP2T), coupler structure, and bypassable multimode low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
