Central Semiconductor CBRDFA4-100 Full-Wave Bridge Rectifier is mounted on a durable epoxy surface mount case that utilizes the glass passivated chips. This rectifier features a high 4A current rating and low forward voltage (V_F) diodes (1A maximum at 4A I_F). The CBRDFA4-100 rectifier offers 1000V peak repetitive reverse voltage (V_RRM), 1000V_DC blocking voltage (V_R), and 150A peak forward surge current (I_FSM). This rectifier is available in a BR DFN-A case.
