TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. SP1305 TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP1305 TVS Diode Arrays are designed to protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning-induced surges. SP1305 can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. This Littelfuse TVS diode series can safely dissipate up to 5A of 8/20μs induced surge current (IEC-61000-4-5, 2nd edition) with very low clamping voltages. Applications include industrial equipment, test and medical equipment, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, motor controls, legacy ports (RS-232 and RS-485), and security and alarm systems.
