XBP14E5UFN Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays

Torex XBP14E5UFN Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays are mounted adjacent to an external interface to protect an IC installed in a subsequent stage from static discharge. The low capacitance TVS diode array has a junction temperature of 125ºC and a storage temperature of -55 to +150ºC. The arrays also provide a breakdown voltage range (VBR) of 6V to 9V. The TVS diode array comes in an ideal package size of DFN2510-10A.
