QPA0007EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPA0007EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPA0007 reconfigurable dual-band GaN Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) power amplifier. This QPA0007 amplifier operates both in S-band and X-band range. In S-Band, the amplifier provides 32W saturated power over the 3.1GHz to 3.5GHz frequency range. In X-Band, the amplifier provides 28W saturated power from 9GHz to 11GHz. The QPA0007EVB evaluation board along with the high-performing QPA0007 power amplifier is ideally used in radar systems.
