Mini-Circuits LHA-83W+ Monolithic Amplifier is a 50Ω PHEMT wideband amplifier with a 50.0MHz to 8.0GHz frequency range. Mini-Circuits LHA-83W+ offers an extremely high dynamic range over its broad frequency range with excellent gain flatness. The LHA-83W+ also offers good input and output return loss over its entire frequency range. This device is offered in a compact 3.0mm2 MCLP12 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
