TMR Thin Film Tapped Microwave Resistors

Vishay TMR Thin Film Tapped Microwave Resistors offer a 100Ω to 430Ω resistance range, <0.2pF low stray capacitance, and a 0206 case size. These resistor chips have sophisticated thin film equipment, manufacturing technology, and are 100% electrically tested and inspected to MIL-STD-883. TMR resistors are designed with multiple low-ohm taps for circuit trimming, while the geometries are compatible with strip lines, making them ideally suited for microwave circuits. Vishay TMR Thin Film Tapped Microwave Resistors feature a high-frequency response and are ideal for prototyping.
