TPS59632-Q1 Driverless Step-Down Controller

Texas Instruments TPS59632-Q1 Three-Phase Driverless Step-Down Controller has advanced features such as D-CAP+™ control architecture with output voltage overshoot reduction (OSR) and undershoot reduction (USR). These features provide a swift transient response, the lowest output capacitance, and high efficiency. The device supports I2C for dynamic output voltage control, phase management for optimized efficiency, and current monitor telemetry. The TPS59603-Q1 MOSFET gate driver is designed to accompany this controller to drive the synchronous buck converter power stage MOSFETs. The Texas Instruments TPS59632-Q1 device is packaged in a 5mm x 5mm space-saving, thermally-enhanced 32-pin, 0.5mm pitch QFN. It is rated to operate between –40°C and 125°C.
