BTS50025-1TAD Smart High-Side Power Switch

Infineon Technologies BTS50025-1TAD Smart High-Side Power Switch is designed to drive high current loads up to 60A. The high current loads are ideal for automotive applications such as switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, and glow plugs. The 2.5mΩ single-channel power switch IC comes embedded in a PG-TO-263-7-10 package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump.

PROFET™ Smart High-Side Switches

Infineon PROFET™ Smart High-Side Switches are placed between the supply and load to control the application. These highly integrated high-side switches incorporate a broad range of smart features like diagnosis and protection. PROFET switches consist of a DMOS power transistor and CMOS logic circuitry for complete built-in protection against overload, short-circuit, excessive temperature, ground loss, power supply loss, and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
