BUxTA2WHFV CMOS LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BUxTA2WHFV CMOS LDO Regulators are high-performance FULL CMOS regulators with 200mA output. They are mounted on microminiature packages SSON004X1216 (1.2mm x 1.6mm x 0.6mm) and HVSOF5 (1.6mm x 1.6mm x 0.6mm). They have excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics despite a 40μA low circuit current consumption. They are appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic ICs, RF, and camera modules. The microminiature packages SSON004X1216 and HVSOF5 have a built-in heat sink that contributes to the space-saving design of the set.
