Broadcom HSMW-J430 Right-Angle White JLED offers a high-brightness white LED in a side-emitting package and utilizes InGaN chip technology for high light output performance. The silicone encapsulation improves product robustness and reliability, enabling the LED to operate under a wide range of conditions. Broadcom HSMW-J430 Right-Angle White JLED features a thin profile for applications requiring a low package height. The wide viewing angle delivers good uniformity for applications such as display backlighting. The device is compatible with reflow soldering and binned by both color and intensity.
