QPA1314T 55 Watt GaN Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA1314T 55 Watt GaN Power Amplifier is created using Qorvo's production 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15), mounted to a high thermal conductivity tab. The high-power MMIC amplifier operates between 13.75GHz and 14.5GHz while delivering 55W saturated output power. The QPA1314T is fully matched to 50ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports, simplifying system integration. The QPA1314T RF ports are DC coupled to ground for optimum ESD performance.
