Signal DFN Package

Vishay Semiconductors Signal DFN Package includes ESD protection, Zener, Schottky, and switching diodes. The diodes are housed in an ultra-small DFN package with wettable (sidewall-plated) flanks. The Signal DFN package is AEC-Q101 and Automotive Grade qualified. For optimal performance, users need the right amount of solder paste for proper stand-off and solder meniscus. The devices use non-solder mask-defined (NSMD) solder lands.

AEC-Q101 Qualified DFN-Packaged Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors AEC-Q101 Qualified DFN-Packaged Rectifiers are available in a DFN3820A package with a typical height of 0.88mm and low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers cover a 1A to 5A forward current range with 200V, 400V, or 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage options. The DFN-packaged components are ideal for automatic placements in automotive, industrial, and commercial applications.
