QPL1825 GaAs pHEMT CATV Amplifier
Qorvo QPL1825 GaAs pHEMT CATV Amplifier is a highly linear differential RF amplifier built on GaAs pHEMT technology. The device's cascode architecture delivers 25.5dB of gain and maintains exceptionally low distortion across a wide operating bandwidth of 50MHz to 1.8GHz. Engineered for next‑generation broadband CATV DOCSIS 4.0 systems, the Qorvo QPL1825 is ideal for use in nodes, line amplifiers, Remote PHY devices, FTTH equipment, home gateways, and cable modems. The amplifier runs from a single 8V supply, with adjustable current settings between 260mA and 350mA. At 8V/350mA, the device achieves a 66dBmV TCP and a 50dB CCN. The QPL1825 is housed in a compact 12‑pin, 5mm × 5mm laminate module, offering a small footprint suitable for space‑constrained RF designs.
