AQZ404 PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQZ404 PhotoMOS® are power relays available in a slim SIL 4-pin package (2.10mm x 3.5mm x 12.5mm), enabling high-density mounting. This series features a space-saving design, low on-resistance (2.8Ω typical), high sensitivity, a normally closed (1 Form B) contact, and a built-in MOSFET. The Panasonic AQZ404 PhotoMOS series can be installed on RT-3 relay terminals.

PhotoMOS®

Panasonic PhotoMOS® are MOSFET-enabled solid-state relays that feature low off-state leakage current and stable on-resistance over the component lifetime. These relays offer low CxR values, high optical isolation between input and output, and DC, as well as AC/DC load ratings. Features include high switching speed, long operational life, and high vibration and shock resistance with no arcing, bounce, or switching noise. Panasonic PhotoMOS products are available in various 4-, 6-, 8-, and 16-pin packages. Applications include test and measurement, instrumentation, security, medical, data communications, automotive, railway and traffic signals, and industrial machines.

Solar Storage Solutions

Panasonic Solar Storage Solutions feature relays that are ideal for reducing energy consumption for commercial and residential use. These relay families from Panasonic help capture energy and store it to perform operations in the future. These solar storage systems involve converting many forms of energy, including electrical potential energy or kinetic energy, into cost-effective storable formats for short- and long-term use. Solar inverter systems are also used to convert the direct current (DC) of a photovoltaic (PV) solar panel into an alternating current (AC). This is then fed into commercial and residential electrical grids. Panasonic offers a variety of relays designed to optimize solar storage system performance.

AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS® are relays that offer a space-saving design with low on-resistance, high sensitivity, and low off-state leakage current. This series includes a model with an expanded 5A 200VDC switching capacity, enabling usage in power generation and battery storage applications. The high-capacity type power PhotoMOS modules can switch a wide range of currents and voltages and control various types of loads, from small loads to a maximum of 10A DC current for sequencers, motors, and lamps. The triac, photocoupler, and SSR cannot be used to control signals of less than several hundred mV. Panasonic AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analog signals without distortion.
