Qorvo QPA9442EVB-01 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate QPA9442 wideband high linearity driver amplifier. The QPA9442 amplifier can provide good linearity performance with +46dBm output 3rd Order Intercept (OIP3). This amplifier is tunable over all cellular bands in the entire 1.35GHz to 2.8GHz operating frequency band. Typical applications include mobile infrastructure, TDD/FDD systems, 5G m-MIMO, and general-purpose wireless.
