Eaton Electronics STN061050B351 TVS Diode offers a low clamping voltage, ultra-low capacitance, and a 5V operating voltage. This diode is an ESD suppressor, comes in a DFN0603-2L package size, and protects one bidirectional I/O line. The STN061050B351 has a UL 94V-0 flammability rating for the molding compound and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) specifications. Automotive-Rated HP TVS Diodes

Eaton Automotive-Rated High Power Transient Voltage Suppression (HP TVS) Diodes provide overvoltage protection for electronic equipment with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability. These highly reliable TVS diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in both surface-mount and radial/through-hole footprints. The modules utilize silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges, from electrostatic discharge (ESD) to induced lightning. Eaton automotive-rated HP TVS diodes include product families that meet up to ISO 16750-2 5a and 5b standards. These diodes are ideal for protecting critical circuits.

Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more.
