TPS60800-Q1 Charge Pump Voltage Inverter

Texas Instruments TPS60800-Q1 Charge Pump Voltage Inverter generates an unregulated negative output voltage from a 1.8V to 5.25V input voltage range. The devices are typically supplied by a preregulated supply rail of 5V or 3.3V. As TPS60800-Q1 supports a wide input voltage range, two or three NiMH, NiCd, or alkaline battery cells and one Li-Ion cell can also power the device.
