QPL9547 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz Ultra Low-Noise LNA

Qorvo QPL9547 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz Ultra-Low-Noise LNA is a high-linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier optimized for 5G Massive MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) applications. At 1.9GHz, the amplifier typically provides 19.5dB gain, +39dBm OIP3 at a 65mA bias setting, and a noise figure of 0.3dB. The QPL9547 LNA is bias-adjustable and can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V. The device also has a power-down control capability integrated into the die for Time Division Duplexing (TDD) applications. The Qorvo QPL9547 is housed in a compact, industry-standard DFN8 package and requires minimal external components.

Low Noise Amplifiers

Qorvo Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) are high-linearity, ultra-low noise, 2-stage gain Block Amplifier Modules. These amplifiers offer an operation bandwidth of 0.45GHz to 3.8GHz. Qorovo LNA modules include bypass mode functionality integrated into the second stage of the module. At 1.95 GHz, the LNAs typically provide 37.5dB gain with an OIP3 of +35dBm in High Gain mode. These amplifiers also provide high performance in the Low Gain mode with 17.5dB gain and an OIP3 of +34dBm.The LNA modules use a high-performance E-pHEMT process. The E-pHEMT technology enables high gain, low noise, and wide dynamic range in high-linearity LNA applications. These amplifiers also contain an internal active bias to maintain high performance over temperature. These low noise amplifiers are packaged in a compact 16-pin 3.5mm x 3.5mm leadless SMT package, which is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

Sensorless control reduces the BOM and increases reliability, enabling precise, real-time motor control for higher efficiency and longer flight times. Accurate flight control prevents drone crashes by leveraging precise real-time 3D positioning and radar collision prevention. A long-range communication link between the drone and the controller, utilizing Qorvo GaAs LNAs and GaN PAs, extends the range. A small-form-factor single-chip BMSoC and intelligent PMICs for high-efficiency performance offer highly integrated power management solutions.
