PS2 Plug-In Connectors for Storage Battery

Hirose PS2 Series Plug-In Connectors feature a hybrid design with power contacts and signal contacts that provide power connections and signal control up to 300 Amps between power storage batteries. Multiple contact springs on power contact decrease contact resistance and heat generation, achieve high current capabilities, and retain secure contact when exposed to vibration in harsh environments. The PS2 Series ensures secure, reliable connections using sequential signal contacts that detect incomplete mating and floating screws that correct misalignment during mating in X and Y directions up to ±2.5mm. Signal contacts with reliable crimp method in housing case are easily installed into the connector body. The RoHS compliant PS2 Series Plug-In Connectors for Storage Battery offers a design that is easy to assemble, eliminates cable wiring, and reduces the risk of users accidentally touching electrical lines.
