STMicroelectronics T2550-12I 1200V 25A Snubberless™ Triac is a 1200V blocking voltage that enables use in 3-phase industrial applications. The T2550 has noise immunity and dynamic commutation for inductive, capacitive or resistive load controls. The T2550-12I is available in three packages: D²PAK, TO-220AB and TO-220AB insulated.
