Isolated-CAN-EK Evaluation Kit

Silicon Labs Isolated-CAN-EK Evaluation Kit provides a demonstration and evaluation platform for creating Isolated CAN solutions. This evaluation kit is designed to be used with the CAN-capable EFM32 starter kits. The Isolated-CAN-EK simplifies creating an isolated CAN solution by offering a pre-built functioning platform. The Isolated-CAN-EK Evaluation Kit includes an expansion board with one digital isolator, two CAN transceivers, a 20-pin breakout header for easy connections, multiple headers for debugging and evaluation, and screw terminals for the physical CAN bus. Additional features include breakout points, loopback jumpers, termination options for CAN, a transformer for easy power over isolation, and status LEDs. The expansion board connects to the EFM32 starter kits to protect components while allowing power and communication transfer.
