Voltage Translators

Nexperia Voltage Translators are a family of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-bit dual supply translating transceivers. They feature auto-direction sensing, autosense translation, and are used in push-pull, and open-drain-based applications without additional direction pins.

NXS0102 Translating Transceiver

Nexperia NXS0102 Translating Transceiver is a 2-bit dual supply transceiver with audio sensing that enables bidirectional voltage level translation. This transceiver features two 2-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), one Output Enable input (OE), and two supply pins (V_CC(A) and V_CC(B)). The NXS0102 transceiver operates at 1.65V to 3.6V V_CC(A) and 2.3V to 5.5V V_CC(B) wide supply voltage range. This transceiver provides I_OFF circuitry for partial-power-down mode operation and features -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C specified temperature ranges.
