LS0505EVD22 Protection eFuse IC

Littelfuse LS0505EVD22 Protection eFuse IC offers a 2.7V to 28V maximum input voltage range, peak current up to 5A, and an internal soft-start design. This IC features and integrated load switch that provides robust, overcurrent protection to downstream circuit systems and comes with built-in overvoltage protection (OVP). The LS0505EVD22 will immediately turn off in the event of input overvoltage, protecting the downstream system from the stress of excessive, high voltage. Littelfuse LS0505EVD22 Protection eFuse IC has an internal soft-start that ensures a smooth output voltage ramp-up and limits the input inrush current.
