BUK6Q12-40PJ MOSFET

Nexperia BUK6Q12-40PJ MOSFET is a 40V, automotive, P-channel FET in an MLPAK33 (SOT8002-3) SMD plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology. This MOSFET is logic-level compatible and features side-wettable flanks for optical solder inspection. The BUK6Q12-40PJ MOSFET operates in negative mode during normal operation, with drain-source voltage (V_DS). The current flows when a negative voltage is applied to the gate relative to the source (V_GS). The maximum voltage that can be safely applied between the drain and source terminals is 40V. This MOSFET is offered in a thermally efficient package in a small form factor (3.3mm x 3.3mm footprint). The BUK6Q12-40PJ MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified. This MOSFET is ideal for reverse polarity protection, high-speed line drivers, high-side load switches, and relay drivers.
