SE30124 Surface-Mount High Voltage Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor SE30124 Surface-Mount High Voltage Rectifiers feature high ESD capability, avalanche capability, and heat dissipation. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-02, LF maximum peak of 245°C. The SE30124 high-voltage rectifiers include matte tin-plated lead terminals with J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102 solders. These rectifiers feature 30A forward current, and 700A surge current and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. The SE30124 high-voltage rectifiers operate at -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range and 4.2A maximum DC forward current. These rectifiers are ideally used in high-voltage block diodes, single or three-phase bridge rectification circuits, and fly-wheeling diodes for big power motors in EV/HEV.
