TQP4M0008 Low Loss Reflective SPDT Switch

Qorvo TQP4M0008 Low Loss Reflective SPDT Switch is a GaAs FET single-pole, double throw (SPDT) low loss reflective switch that provides 100MHz to 6000MHz broadband performance. The TQP4M0008 is operated using a DC supply for control signals operating from 1.8V to 5V. The TQP4M0008 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 6-pin 2mm x 2mm surface-mount leadless package. This SPDT switch can be used in wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, or can be used for any general purpose wireless application.
