These Bourns automotive-grade and AEC-Q200-compliant transformers offer a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +155°C, supporting Class F operation. The high-creepage SMT package features a highly compact footprint despite the large working voltage. The HVMA03T100A-ST10S is ideal for various automotive applications, including transistor gate drive power, battery management circuits, and isolated power across separate voltage systems in hybrid vehicles.
