EPC23102 100V 35A ePower™ Stage IC

Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) EPC23102 100V 35A ePower™ Stage Integrated Circuit (IC) combines core blocks and eGaN® output FETs into a single monolithic IC. The EPC23102 integrates an input-logic interface, synchronous bootstrap charging, high-side level shifting, and gate drivers. The compact 3.5mm x 5mm QFN package uses EPC's proprietary GaN IC technology. This design results in a power stage IC that translates logic-level control signals into a high-voltage and high-current power stage. Additional features include a 35A power-stage load current (1MHz), 100V absolute maximum input voltage, a 5V external bias supply, and 3.3V or 5V CMOS input logic levels. This ePower stage IC from EPC is designed to be smaller, easier to design and manufacture, and more efficient to operate.
