MDNA700P2200CC High-Voltage Rectifier Module

IXYS MDNA700P2200CC High-Voltage Standard Rectifier Module provides improved temperature and power cycling in a ComPack package with direct copper bonded (DCB) ceramic and industry-standard outline. This single-phase series device offers low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and planar passivated chips. Other features include 4800V isolation voltage (1s), 2200VRRM maximum repetitive reverse blocking voltage, 700A average forward current, -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range, and RoHS compliance.
