MPM3698 Scalable Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3698 Scalable Power Modules are fully integrated, 16V, single peak 120A or dual peak 80A + 40A power modules with a digital interface. The MPS MPM3698 modules integrate a VR14-compatible dual-loop digital multi-phase controller and three sets of driver MOSFETs and inductors. These modules offer a wide operating input voltage range, digital control, and flexible phase assignment, making them highly adaptable for different power requirements. MPM3698 modules are available in a thermally enhanced BGA (15mm x 30mm x 5.18mm) package.
