Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps to be used on a wide range of applications.

Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers features micropower consumption, zero drift, rail to rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage, and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. TSZ121, TSZ122, & TSZ124 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 Operational Amplifiers Operational Amplifiers offer very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. The TSZ121 is the single version, TSZ122 the dual version, and TSZ124 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 Op Amps offer rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed to power consumption ratio, and 400kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40μA at 5V. These devices also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications, and portable applications.
