TGL2223-SM 5-Bit Attenuator

Qorvo TGL2223-SM is a wideband, 5-bit digital attenuator using Qorvo's TQPHT15 production 0.15µm GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) process. The TGL2223-SM operates from 1GHz to 31GHz and offers a low attenuation step size of 0.5dB. It supports >15.5dB of attenuation range with a low RMS step error of <0.5dB.

TGL Series Attenuators

Qorvo TGL Series Attenuators include fixed and low-loss digital and analog components. The TGL Attenuators are wideband fixed attenuator products that allow for flexibility in optimizing system designs and provide good power handling. These devices are available in die form and in surface mount packages for design flexibility, and they offer a frequency range up to 31GHz.
