TGL2223-SM 5-Bit Attenuator

Qorvo TGL2223-SM is a wideband, 5-bit digital attenuator using Qorvo's TQPHT15 production 0.15µm GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) process. The TGL2223-SM operates from 1GHz to 31GHz and offers a low attenuation step size of 0.5dB. It supports >15.5dB of attenuation range with a low RMS step error of <0.5dB.
