RayFlite High Voltage Power Cables

TE Connectivity's RayFlite High Voltage Power Cables are flexible, highly conductive, and insulated to meet the demanding requirements of high-voltage and high-altitude environments. These power cables use high-strand nickel-coated copper conductor for better electrical conductivity and mechanical flexibility. The modified ETFE insulation ensures electrical isolation and safety in high-voltage environments, and the extruded jacket shields against physical damage. The RayFlite cables are specifically designed for the evolving needs of battery-powered and hybrid electric aircraft applications. These cables are designed to work with TE's 987 series high-power connectors. Some of the other applications include commercial and military aerospace, battery and hydrogen fuel cell technologies, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), and drones.
