QPL883x CATV Amplifiers

Qorvo QPL883x CATV Amplifiers are ultra-linear GaAs pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (pHEMT) 75Ω RF balanced amplifier ICs with 5MHz to 1218MHz operating bandwidth. These amplifiers feature high gain, a low noise figure, and high linearity. The QPL883x CATV amplifiers utilize a 5V supply for low power dissipation applications. These amplifiers offer wide operational bandwidth, allowing them to be used as downstream amplifiers in DOCSIS 3.1. The QPL883x can also be used as upstream amplifiers for DOCSIS 3.1 or DOCSIS 4.0 applications. The QPL883x are used in DOCSIS 3.1 systems, balanced antenna applications, hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) optical nodes, 75Ω amplifiers, and upstream amplifiers for DOCSIS 3.1 and DOCSIS 4.0 applications.
