Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.

PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are Planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifiers designed with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. The Schottky rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are encapsulated in a small SOD123 SMD plastic package. These PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are available in variants based on their forward current and reverse voltage. Typical applications include a high-efficiency DC-to-DC converter, automotive applications, and switch-mode power supply.
