N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs

onsemi N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs are designed to minimize losses in power conversion applications and reduce on-state resistance. The N-Channel PowerTrench SyncFET MOSFETs utilize silicon technology to enhance performance and lower overall system costs. With an integrated Schottky diode, these onsemi N-Channel PowerTrench SyncFET MOSFETs offer similar performance (high power and current handling) of a separate MOSFET and Schottky rectifier in one package. This integration reduces space by as much as 50% and provides cost savings and manufacturing throughput (or "time") savings. Applications can include notebooks, servers, telecom, DC-DC buck converters, high-efficiency DC-DC switch-mode power supplies, and synchronous rectifiers for DC-DC converters.
