Nexperia BCW66 NPN General-Purpose Transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified devices that feature high current and operate from -55°C to 150°C. These transistors come in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The Nexperia BCW66 transistors are ideally used in general-purpose switching and amplification.
