Diodes Incorporated 74LVC1GxxQW5 Single Gate Logic Devices are automotive-compliant ICs with an advanced CMOS low-power consumption process. These devices are designed for operation with a wide power supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5V, allowing the device to be used in a mixed-voltage environment. The 74LVC1GxxQW5 automotive logic devices are fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output and prevents the current backflow when powered down. Typical applications include voltage level shifting, power-down signal isolation, general-purpose logic, automation, industrial computing, agricultural equipment, and high-reliability networks.
