Rectron 1SMB59x Surface Mount Zener Diodes feature glass passivated chip, built-in strain relief, low inductance, high peak reverse power dissipation, and low reverse leakage. These diodes operate at 1.2V maximum forward voltage (VF) at 200mA forward current (IF) and 50A peak forward surge current (IFSM) at 25°C ambient temperature. The 1SMB59x diodes offer UL flammability classification of 94V-O and lead solderable per MIL-STD-750, method 2026.
