Avery Dennison Automotive Specialty Ties
Avery Dennison Automotive Specialty Ties offer a variety of ties, such as stopper ties, double-headed cable ties, and convoluted tubing ties for specialty applications. These are designed and manufactured using advanced stretching technology, resulting in strong, flexible, and lightweight ties. The specialty ties are ideal for automotive use and operate in a -40°C to +105°C temperature range. Avery Dennison Automotive Specialty Ties are made with PA66 HS resin.
7.5" or 11" Double-Headed Ties
These cable ties can harness two bundles simultaneously and/or provide a way to position and anchor a single harness. The ties feature a bundle diameter of 0.25" to 1.625" (6.3mm to 41.3mm) and are made of PA66 HS resin.
11" Merchandise Pairing & Stopper Ties
The stopper ties are designed to maintain a consistent fixed bundle diameter with an overall strap length of 5.5" (140mm). These ties feature a unique stopping mechanism that prevents the bundle from being cinched too lightly and ensures a consistent bundle diameter.
Convoluted Tubing Ties
These heavy-duty cable ties use anti-slip features to ensure a secure closure for wire harness protective covers. The ties feature a bundle diameter of 0.06" to 1.75" (1.6mm to 44.5mm) and a strap length of 7.5" (190.5mm).
