CMUDM700x N-Channel Enhancement-Mode MOSFETs

Central Semiconductor CMUDM700x N-Channel Enhancement-Mode MOSFETs are designed for high-speed pulsed amplifier and driver applications. The Central Semiconductor CMNDM7001, CMUDM7004, and CMUDM7005 MOSFETs offer low rDS(ON) and low threshold voltage and are manufactured by the N-channel DMOS process. These devices are ideal for use in load/power switches, power supply converter circuits, and battery-powered portable devices.
